| CITIZEN
/ SOLDIER III
March
25, 2010
Brigitte
Bourget and the Bourgets Bike Works team is honored to build
Citizen/Solider III in conjunction with the Mississippi Army National
Guard for the benefit of the Better Life Foundation and on behalf
of 3 Doors Down. Citizen/Soldier III marks the sixth bike that Bourgets
has built for the charity and is the third in the Citizen/Solider
series sponsored by the Mississippi Army National Guard. Citizen/Soldier
III will be a 2010 Low-Blow 250 Chopper with an edgy, old school
gangster type style with all the modern touches Bourgets is
famous for. CSIII will be unveiled on April 15, 2010 during Arizona
Bike Week at the Bourget show truck at Westworld in Scottsdale,
AZ. Lt. Col. Greg Michel, SGM Eddie Jenkins, Allison Bullock and
other fellow guardsmen and women from the MSARNG will be on hand
to help with the unveiling and kick off the raffle ticket sales!
This
is the third year that Lt. Col. Greg Michel and his soldiers have
signed on for the sponsorship of 3 Doors Down, The Better Life Foundation
and Citizen/Soldier III and we appreciate them very much! After
Arizona Bike Week ends CSIII will make its journey under the protection
of the MSARNG to Jackson, MS where 3 Doors Down band members and
crew and The Better Life Foundation members will have a private
unveiling and viewing of the bike. CSIII will then be toured around
the country in support of recruiting, retention, employer enhancement,
and public awareness of the Mississippi Army National Guard. Watch
for CSIII at local Gulf Coast area bike events and national major
bike events too, including New Orleans Bike Week, Sturgis, Daytona
Biketoberfest and more to be announced! Check back often for updated
calendar of events where you can see Citizen/Solider III in person!
Citizen/Soldier
III is valued at over $50,000.00 but you have the chance to win
it for just $10.00 per ticket! You do not need to be present at
the November 13th event to win. Tickets can be purchased right here
on our website, through the MSARNG website, the 3 Doors Down website,
and The Better Life Foundations website and in person at any
of the events where CSIII is displayed. Tickets are available on-line
now and will be available until one hour before the drawing on Nov
13, 2010.
Citizen/Solider
III is an amazing tribute to an amazing group of people American
Soldiers who defend and protect our Country and our Rights
each and every day. Citizen/Soldier III honors all of our American
Veterans and Soldiers with an amazing collage history of our countrys
fight for freedom beginning with the Revolutionary war and the continued
efforts to maintain our freedoms with scenes depicting World War
I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Shield/Desert Storm, and
OIF/OEF Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom. The
bike, like the 3 Doors Down song, Citizen/Soldier, honors the MSARNG
and all American Soldiers and American Veterans across our great
nation and was built with passion and pride by Brigitte Bourget
and her crew on behalf of The Better Life Foundation, founded by
3 Doors Down. CSIII will be raffled and one person will win on Saturday,
November 13, 2010 at the Horseshoe Casino/Hotel in Tunica, MS prior
to a 3 Doors Down concert. You do not need to be present to win,
BUT, if you are you will be treated to VIP seats for the 3 Doors
Down concert and have the opportunity to meet the guys from the
band. To purchase VIP tickets for the show, please call (251) 586-2208.
Not
to be repetitive, BUT, TICKETS ARE ONLY $10.00, and you do NOT have
to be present to win! Proceeds from the sale of raffle tickets and
the silent auction will go to THE BETTER LIFE FOUNDATION. The Better
Life Foundation was established to give back to the bands
hometown community, the Gulf Coast region, for the purpose of improving
the lives of impoverished and underprivileged children. For more
